Overview
Western Sichuan in one loop: the turquoise lakes of Jiuzhaigou over two unhurried days, the travertine terraces of Huanglong, the panda base, and three nights in Dujiangyan as the base for Bipenggou and Mt. Siguniang. Back in Chengdu there is time for the old alleys, a teahouse, the opera and the bars on Jiuyanqiao. Meals are planned around Sichuan food, adjusted to Malaysian tastes.

Chengdu
Sanxingdui Museum and Du Fu Thatched Cottage; evening Sichuan Opera face-changing show “Shufeng Yayun”.
Day 03
Chengdu — HSR — Jiuzhaigou
High-speed rail (second class) to Jiuzhaigou; Songpan Ancient Town and the source of the Min River; evening “Romance of Jiuzhai” show.
Day 04
Jiuzhaigou
A full day in the fairy-tale valley of Jiuzhaigou (sightseeing bus included).
Day 05
Jiuzhaigou
A second day in Jiuzhaigou — take it slow and go deeper.
Day 06
Jiuzhaigou — HSR — Chengdu
Huanglong, the “Jade Pool on Earth” (return cable car + battery cart); then Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, the IFS climbing panda and Yulin’s little bars.
Day 07
Chengdu
Kuanzhai Alleys, Kuixinglou snack street, Heming Teahouse in People’s Park (one tea included), Tianfu Twin Towers, SKP light show and the Jiuyanqiao bar street.
Day 08
Chengdu — Dujiangyan
Chengdu Panda Base (shuttle included), Yangtianwo Square, Guanxian Ancient Town, Nanqiao Bridge night view; barbecue and beer by the bridge.
Day 09
Dujiangyan — Bipenggou — Dujiangyan
Bipenggou Valley (sightseeing bus + battery cart) — autumn colours of the West Sichuan highlands.
Day 10
Dujiangyan — Mt. Siguniang — Dujiangyan
Shuangqiao Valley at Mt. Siguniang (sightseeing bus included) — snow peaks and alpine meadows.
Day 11
Dujiangyan — Chengdu
Dujiangyan Irrigation System (shuttle + headset), Jiezi Ancient Town; fruit picking optional.
Day 12
Chengdu ✈︎ Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast, transfer to the airport — end of a delicious West Sichuan journey.

- Three high-altitude areas (Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Bipenggou, Mt. Siguniang up to 3,500 m); tell us about heart, blood-pressure or asthma conditions before booking.
- Two high-speed rail legs with your own luggage: one 20–24″ suitcase per person.
- Early November is already cold up high; bring a down jacket and a windproof layer.
- Family rooms are available at only some hotels; triples are normally twin + extra bed.
- Price shown is for a group of 20 in twin rooms; re-quoted for other group sizes.
